Connect SUDO over USB-C and choose Codex or Claude Code.
Common questions
SUDO does not respond after connecting
Use a USB-C cable that carries data; some cables only charge. Check that the SUDO icon in the tray is lit.
The screen stays blank
Reconnect SUDO. The desktop app pushes the current state to the screen within a few seconds.
Speech is not transcribed
Tap once to start recording and tap again to stop. Check that the desktop app is connected to your agent.
A deep press does not approve
Approval needs the second stage held for 1.5 seconds. That is deliberate, and it is what stops accidents.
About macOS support
SUDO is recognised on macOS without a driver. SUDO Desk for Mac is in development; leave your email and we will tell you when it lands.
Updating the firmware
One click in the desktop app. Keep SUDO connected; nothing needs to be opened.
